Fully Involved: An important update from us. 7.28.26

Fire Service Leaders,

I have spoken to many groups about the importance of this survey and I encourage you to take a few minutes to complete it. It is due today and this message just went out to all Department Chiefs and Training Officers. If your department did not receive it, take a minute to ensure your Agency Profile at GPSTC is up to date.  You can find guidance to update your agency using the following link: Agency Administration

Georgia Public Safety Training Center

Dear Public Safety Official:

This is a friendly reminder to complete the Georgia Public Safety Training Center's annual customer service survey by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 28, 2026.

Your feedback helps GPSTC evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs and services we provide or support and identify opportunities for improvement. The survey should reflect your agency's overall experience during the past fiscal year, July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026.

Please provide feedback only for the GPSTC section from which your agency primarily received training or services. Do not rate a section if your agency did not interact with that area of the organization.

You may access the survey here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/GPSTC-CS

Participation is anonymous, and we greatly value your frank and honest feedback. Thank you to those who have already completed the survey.

Sincerely,

Chris Wigginton, Director
