Health care the way you deserve it

Dear GSFA Members,

You've spent your career taking care of others. We want to make sure you and your family are taken care of, too.

The Georgia State Firefighters Association has partnered with Insurance Marketing Administrators (IMA) through the First Responder Health Network to offer retired firefighters, their friends, and their families access to exclusive Major Medical coverage options.

WHAT'S AVAILABLE

16 plan options across three plan types:

• Visit Limit Plans: $250 to $1,500 deductible options, copay-based, PHCS network

• Major Medical Plans: $1,000 to $7,250 deductible options, no yearly maximum, Cigna or PHCS network

• HSA Plans: $3,500 to $5,000 deductible options, no yearly maximum, Cigna or PHCS network

Plans include $0 copay preventive services and $0 copay telemedicine for primary, urgent, and mental health care. Nationwide PPO networks give you access to leading hospitals and specialists across the country, including centers like the Mayo Clinic.

BEYOND MAJOR MEDICAL

Association members, along with family and friends, can also access:

• Medicare Supplements (65+)

• Health, Life, and Annuity products

• Life insurance with living benefits, which let you access a portion of your coverage if you become chronically or critically ill, including cancer, stroke, and heart attack

• A Healthshare program, an alternative to traditional insurance with affordable rates and guaranteed-issue protection

HOW IT SUPPORTS GSFA

By joining the Health & Wellness Research Organization, eligible members receive these benefits, and IMA contributes $10 per month for every member as a marketing and recruiting fee to support the Georgia State Firefighters Association.
