NVFC Releases Guide for New Fire Service Families

2024 Norfolk Southern Safety Train (Gainesville / Lula, GA)

Overview
This will be blended course where elements of Railroad 101 and Responding to Railroad Emergencies will be taught. This is an excellent opportunity for people who have little or no Railroad experience and those who have a more advanced background, to all gain valuable knowledge and skills. Each session will last 3 hours, and the course will be taught twice a day, each day. This will make for a shift friendly schedule for Fire and Police Departments, that may attend.

  • Hands-on workshops, classroom instruction and live scenario-based training.
  • Certificates upon successful completion will be available following the event.
