    Candidates for GSFA Board of Directors 2024-2026

Candidates were allowed to submit a video to the election committee for distribution by GSFA. As a reminder the 2022 bylaws change removed nomination from the floor for Board candidates.

Voting delegates (alternates) will submit their email address to the business manager via a credential submission form. The form will be distributed prior to the annual meeting. Delegates will receive a designation on the conference name badge at check in. At the beginning of the voting meeting session, we will verify the attendance of voting delegate/alternates.* Anyone not present at the voting business session, will not receive the link for voting.  Votes will be tallied electronically per the bylaws at the amount each department receives. 

           *A roll call vote is one where in person attendance to vote is verified


Please use the button below to download your department credential form. We kindly request that your completed form is submitted via email to taylor@gsffa.org by Friday, November 8th. Receiving these forms in advance will allow us to efficiently enter delegate emails into the electronic ballot system before the conference begins.
