Each year the Georgia State Firefighters Association (GSFA) compiles an Annual Statistical Directory which provides a snapshot of fire-related information reported by departments across the state.  In order to compile this information, we rely on you to share your data with us!  To participate in this year’s Annual Statistical Directory, we respectfully ask that one representative from each fire department fill out the form by Friday, June 30, 2017 .

Statistics reported should fall between January 2016 – December 2016.

The data gathered in this form will be shared in the 2016 Georgia State Firefighters Association Statistics Directory, which will be published in early August and shared as a digital document with all departments that submit their data.

In an effort to show our appreciation to you for filling out the form, GSFA will give away one FREE conference registration to the upcoming 2017 Georgia Fire Service Conference taking place August 22 – 26 in Athens.  One department will be randomly selected from those who submit the form before the June 30 deadline.

Thank you for your time!
