2021 Georgia Fire Service Conference POSTPONED

The GAFC and GSFA Boards have made the difficult decision to postpone the upcoming 2021 Fire Service Conference scheduled for September 7-12, 2021 in Rome, Georgia. The factors used to make this decision are outlined below:
- The rise of COVID-19 cases in Georgia including those hospitalized and admitted to the ICU due to COVID-19.
- Many agencies are facing staffing shortages and travel restrictions due to COVID-19.
- One of the first missions of public safety is to protect life, property, and personnel.
We plan on working with our partners in Rome to select a postponed date that will work for everyone.
What do you need to do?
- Reach out directly to the hotel that you booked and cancel your hotel reservations. The association cannot cancel individual reservations on your behalf.
- Reply to us (below) and let us know if you want a refund or if you want to keep the registration active until we reschedule.
