Has your fire department changed fire chiefs? Changed address? Changed zip code or post office box number? Keep your information up-to-date with the Georgia State Firefighters' Association by submitting this update to us. The form can be submitted on line or you can print out a copy and mail it to us. Whatever method you choose, we just want your information with us to be correct so that you receive all the mailings and information sent to you.
The National Fire Fighter Near-Miss Reporting System is a voluntary, confidential, non-punitive and secure reporting system with the goal of improving fire fighter safety.
